Post 93 – 15/06/25 – The Class Of ‘25
Just a quick one this week to say “Thank you” to everyone who came along to the Photocall yesterday.
The day went really well with the atmosphere being really positive and buoyant. It was especially good to have had an even bigger turnout than last year and to see so many new faces. Super.
The prize for best slogan went to ‘Have A Nice Day’. We thought it hit the mark perfectly. (Good artwork too.)
We hope that Royal Holloway’s senior management recognises the strength of feeling that many of the community has towards it. It cannot continue to grow unabated: it needs to behave like a grown up, responsible organisation, and importantly, it can no longer treat the local community with contempt.
The university should now publicly acknowledge the problems and work at pace to deliver some long overdue mitigations to help ensure that there will not be a need a Photocall for the Class of ‘26.
