Post 107 – 25/01/26 – Working Group Reports | Transport & Parking and Anti-Social Behaviour Update

As you may recall, during the 2024/ 2025 academic year, Royal Holloway and community representatives held a series of Working Group meetings.

These meetings were set up as it was felt that the Royal Holloway & Runnymede Consultative Group (RHRCG) meetings were ineffective and didn’t satisfactorily address concerns associated with Royal Holloway’s expansion such as transport & parking, accommodation and anti-social behaviour.

We have already commented on Cllr. Isabel Mullen’s report on HMOs and Student Accommodation but this report seems to have been unique: we are not aware of any other reports pertaining to the meetings, only an Action Plan which was published on the Royal Holloway website.
